Commission transferred to the PCIE copies of the dossiers of 153 candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court and its Appeal Chamber
On December 13, 2018, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine transferred to the Public Council of International Experts copies of the dossiers of 153 candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court and its Appeal Chamber.
The said candidates provided their consent to the PCIE for full and direct access of to their dossier files.
The Commission did not receive consent from Mr. Andrii Sala and Mr. Ihor Panaida, candidates who passed the exam.
It should be recalled that the Public Council of International Experts was established to assist the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in conducting qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court and its Appeal Chamber.
