Consideration of 4 candidate’s applications for election to the lifetime judicial positions has been ceased
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 26 February 2016, the Commission examined the appeals of candidates for permanent appointment, who were dismissed for the breach of oath.
The Commission decided to discontinue consideration of applications concerning 4 judges.
