Disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges were opened by the Commission
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 9 December 2015 it considered the issue of opening and denial to open disciplinary cases.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening disciplinary case upon 47 appeals.
In addition, the Commission discontinued the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 4 judges.
The appeal by the representative of Komarivtsi LLC and PFANNER ARGO LLC in respect of 1 judge was left without consideration.
