Exam in course of the competition to the Appeal Chamber of the High Court on Intellectual Property appointed
Please be informed that on March 26, 2019, the Commission appointed examinations in course of the qualification evaluation to be conducted on 25 and 26 April 2019 within the framework of the competition announced by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on October 5, 2018 for taking 9 vacant positions of judges of the Appeal Chamber of the High Court on Intellectual Property.

In addition, the Commission determined the following order and duration of the examination stages:
The first stage – taking anonymous written test – 25 April 2019 (duration: 150 minutes);
The second stage – taking practical task – 26 April 2019 (duration: 330 minutes).
Candidates will take one practical task.
Practical task will be taken using computer equipment.
The examination will be conducted on the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at 9 General Shapoval Street, Kyiv.
Registration for the exam (anonymous written test and practical task) will start at 09:00 a.m.
The exam (anonymous written test and practical task) starts at 10:00 a.m.
To register, you must have a passport of the citizen of Ukraine.
