Exam within the framework of competition to the High Court on Intellectual Property appointed
Please be informed that on September 10, 2018, the Commission appointed examination to be conducted on October 3, 2018 within the qualification evaluation in the framework of the competition for 21 vacant positions of a judge of the High Court on Intellectual Property announced by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on September 30, 2017.
Furthermore, the Commission determined the following sequence and length of stages of the examination:
First stage – taking anonymous test in writing (150 minutes);
Second stage – case study (330 minutes).
Judges shall do one case study.
Case study shall be done without the use of computer equipment.
The exam will take place on the premises of “KyivExpoPlaza” exhibition center at the following address: 2-B Saliutna Street, Kyiv.
Registration for the exam will start at 8:30 a.m.
The exam will begin at 9:30 a.m.
