For judge who have successfully passed qualification evaluation, the HCJ will submit an application for appointment to local court
On February 6, 2020, the High Council of Justice considered the materials received from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine regarding the submission to the President of Ukraine for the appointment of Kratko Dmytro Mykhailovych to Malovyskivskyi district court of Kirovohrad Region.
The powers of the said judge were terminated due to the expiry of the term for which he was appointed. For a long time judge did not administer justice, so his appointment will reduce the level of judicial load and speed up the hearing of cases.
The judge has passed qualification evaluation for compliance with the position held and is recognized by the Commission as being relevant.
Following the consideration of the recommendations of the Commission, the HCJ decided to submit to the President of Ukraine an application on the appointment of Kratko Dmytro Mykhailovych to Malovyskivskyi district court of Kirovohrad Region.
