For the attention of candidates who apply to the Commission with statements on recommending for election to lifetime judicial position
At the Commission’s meeting on 8 April 2016 it amended the provision on recommending the candidate for election to lifetime judicial position of the Regulation on the Procedure of Filing, Preparation and Consideration of Documents by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. In particular ,the amendments concerned the procedure of filing the statements and documents by the candidate, requirements for their content and form and the profile content of a candidate to lifetime judicial position.
In case of applying to the Commission, we ask the candidates to take into account the amendments to the said Regulation, which will soon be available on the Commission's website.
