For the attention of judges and candidates for position of a judge!
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Aimed to Prevent the Occurrence and Spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)” adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 17, 2020, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 11, 2020, № 211 “On Prevention of COVID-19 Coronavirus Distribution in Ukraine”, Letter of the Council of Judges of Ukraine dated March 16, 2020 № 9cj-186/20 on quarantine measures and Letter of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine dated March 16, 2020, № 14-5197/20 on taking measures to minimize proliferation risks of acute respiratory illness COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine suspended the reviewing of dossiers of judges and candidates for the position of a judge for the period of quarantine.
The Commission continues to process citizens’ written and electronic appeals.
