High Council of Justice will submit a proposal to the President of Ukraine on appointment of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court

On March 28, 2019, at its session the High Council of Justice supported the recommendation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on the appointment of three judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court in respect of whom the HCJ had carried out an additional check.

Thus, according to the results of the meeting, the High Council of Justice decided to submit a proposal to the President of Ukraine on the appointment of Bodnar Sergii Bogdanovych to the position of a judge of the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court, as well as Halabala Markiian Vasylovych and Kruk Yevhen Vasylovych to the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

Thus, according to the results of the meetings on March 18 and 28, 2019, the High Council of Justice decided to submit a proposal to the President of Ukraine on the appointment of 38 judges: 11 judges of the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court and 27 judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
