High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine submitted to the High Council of Justice recommendation for a decision on forwarding submission on dismissal of a judge
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 5 October, 2015, upon the results of disciplinary proceedings it was decided to send to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for a decision on forwarding submissions on dismissal of a judge, suggesting possible violation of oath.

The Commission decided to defer consideration of disciplinary proceedings concerning Mr Viacheslav Pidpalyi, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
