Information for Judges of Donetska and Luganska oblast
December 11, 2014 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it was determined the list of documents for local judges of Donetsk and Lugansk oblast unable to administer justice in the area of the counter-terrorism operation in order to transfer them to other courts:
- judges within the period of five years to transfer to another court of the same level and specialization;
- permanent judges to transfer to another court at the same level and specialization;
- permanent judges to transfer to another court of another level of the same judicial specialization or to the court of another specialization.
