Judge Oksana Tsarevych was suspended from office
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, that started on 2 September and continued on 9 September, 2015, it considered the suspension of the judge from office.
Thus, upon request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine in connection with the criminal prosecution, Mrs Oksana Tsarevych, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city was suspended from office for a period of two months.
