Judges of the Republic of Crimea
We inform you that on at the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine with an address at 9 Mekhanizatoriv str., Kyiv will be a meeting of the Commission held its consideration of disciplinary proceedings opened by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Deputy of Ukraine and Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine regarding disciplinary proceedings.
We also inform that according to the requirements of Paragraph 11 of Article 95 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Judicial System and Status of Judges» and Paragraph 14.5.7 of the Rules of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the version approved by the Commission on April 3, 2015 № 13 / VP-15, with the judge stated the following modifications of Republic of Crimea. If there are good reasons to take part in the meeting of the Commission may give concerning the raised issues a written explanation to be added to the case file and announced at a meeting of the Commission. In the case of repeated non-appearance of judges at the meeting of the disciplinary case will be discussed in their absence.
