Meeting of Mr Sergii Koziakov, Chairman of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine with chairmen and deputy chairmen of local courts of general jurisdiction who currently are on training at the National School of Judges of Ukraine
On 9 October, 2015 at the premises of the National School of Judges of Ukraine there will be a meeting of Mr Sergii Koziakov, Chairman of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and Mr Roman Savchuk, Director of the Department for the professional qualification of judges and judicial candidates of the Commission Secretariat with the chairmen and deputy chairmen of local courts of general jurisdiction who are on training in the National School of Judges of Ukraine in the period from 5 to 9 October, 2015.
During the meeting there will be discussed current issues of initial qualification assessment of judges in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On judiciary and the status of judges” as set out in the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the right to a fair trial.”
