On July 23, 2019, Commission will reconsider the decision within framework of judge's qualification evaluation procedure for compliance with position held with respect to results of practical assignment
On July 23, 2019, at 09:30, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval Str., Kyiv) will consider the issue of reviewing the decisions of the Commission within the framework of the procedure for qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with the position held in part of the results of the practical assignment (according to period 4 of part 2 of Article 85 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Judiciary and Status of Judges») for the following judges:
- Hurhula Volodymyr Bohdanovych;
- Dovzhanyn Vasyl Mykhailovych;
- Kobzar Yurii Yuriiovych;
- Koretskyi Dmytro Borysovych;
- Mishchenko Tamara Mykhailivna;
- Tumanova Kateryna Leonidivna;
- Ukrainskyi Vitalii Valentynovych;
- Uniatytskyi Dmytro Yevhenovych;
- Tsendra Nataliia Volodymyrivna;
- Chevyliuk Zoriana Anatoliivna;
- Chernik Anastasiia Petrivna.
