Qualification exam within selection of candidates for judicial position to a local court appointed
Let us inform that on June 24, 2019, the Commission appointed a qualification exam within the framework of the procedure for selecting candidates for a position of a judge of a local court, announced by the Commission on April 03, 2017, No. 28 /dl-17.
The Commission determines the following priority stages of the qualification exam:
the first stage is anonymous testing;
the second stage is the implementation of the anonymous written practical assignment on the specialization of the local general court;
the third stage is implementation of the anonymous written practical assignment on the specialization of the local administrative court;
the fourth stage is the implementation of the anonymous written practical task on the specialization of the local economic court.
The qualification exam will be held at the Commission's premises at the following address: Kyiv, Generala Shapovala Street, 9.
Registration for the exam will take place from 09:00 am to 09:30 am at a date and time prescribed for each candidate.
To enter the premises and register the participant must present a document certifying her identity and citizenship of Ukraine (passport of a citizen of Ukraine).
Applicants for the post of judge who have successfully completed written anonymous testing are allowed to perform the practical assignment.
Realization of the practical task will be carried out with the use of computer equipment.
