Regarding receipt of materials from the PIC
In response to requests on receiving from the Public Integrity Council information or opinions regarding judges under the qualification assessment, the Commission informs that no such materials were received as of the morning of 3 March 2018.

On 8 December 2017, the HQCJ sent a letter to the PIC requesting information on judges who are expected to be the first ones to be interviewed. The text of the letter is available here.
At the same time, it was emphasized that the estimated number of judges to be interviewed is about 120 people per week.
On 8 February 2018, the HQCJ sent to the PIC a letter No. 21-679/18 with a notice on the approximate schedule of interviews within the qualification assessment of judges to be held on 20 October 2017 and 1 February 2018. The text of the letter is available here.
On 2 March 2018, the Commission adopted the decision on the date of commencing interviews with judges following the judicial dossiers examination within the procedure of the qualification assessment of judges for their position compliance, according to which the interviews were expected to start from 23 March 2018. The list of judges invited to the interview was published on the official website of the Commission.
Moreover, the Commission by its decision dated 2 March 2018 appointed the examination for another group of judges under the qualification assessment procedure.
The lists of judges to be interviewed by the HQCJ on specific dates will be published in advance on the official website of the Commission.
