Regular meeting with the court staff managers and specialists of human resources of general local courts of Ternopilska, Khmelnytska and Chernivetska oblasts for establishment, maintenance and filling of judicial dossier took place in Chernivtsi
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine jointly with the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the regional office of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Chernivetska oblast and Chernivtsi regional office of the National School of Judges of Ukraine held a working meeting with the court staff managers and specialists of human resources of general local courts in Ternopilska, Khmelnytska and Chernivetska oblasts on the topic “Procedure of Maintenance of Judicial Dossier on 26 November 2015.
The participants of the meeting got acquainted with the legal framework, which is used during the creation, maintenance and filling of judicial dossier. Listeners completed practical task with filling information sheets of judicial dossier. They also were explained the role of chiefs court staff in the process of judicial dossier maintenance. In addition, it was discussed the problematic issues that may arise at the stage of formation, establishment and maintenance of judicial dossier.
