The announcement of the date and venue of the Congress of Lawyers and the beginning of taking up documents of candidates for the election as member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine
Congress of Advocates of Ukraine, where will be elected a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will take place on June 12-13, 2015.
According to Article 103 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Judicial System and Status of Judges» the Secretariat of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announced the receipt of documents of candidates for election the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the Congress of Advocates of Ukraine.
According to the decision of the III Congress of Advocates of Ukraine of April 25, 2015, which were received by the Commission on 27 April 2015, under Article 103 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges» pursuit of the work of the III Congress of Advocates of Ukraine is scheduled for 12 – 13 June 2015. The agenda of Congress included the issue of election of members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Congress Venue – The House of Cinema, 6, Saksahanskoho Str, Kyiv.
At 11 a.m. will be the start of Congress
Secretariat of the Commission will take up the documents of candidates for the election of a member of the High Qualification Commission the work day from 9 am to 18 pm on May 12, 2015 and the last day we will take up the applications for 24 hours at the address: 9, Mekhanizatorov Str, Kyiv.
