The Commission considered disciplinary cases

At the meetings of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 28 and 31 August 2015, it examined the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.

The Commission applied disciplinary penalty in the form of admonition to Mr Dmytro Maltsev, judge of Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv city.

After the verification the Commission decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings against:

  • Mrs Olena Khomenko, judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
  • Mr Oleksandr Dovhopolov, judge of Lvivskyi Appel Administrative Court;
  • Mr Petro Ukrainets, Horodotskyi District Court of Lvivska oblast;
  • Mrs Vira Levch, judge of Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city;
  • Mr Mykhailo Vyrysta, judge of Kozivskyi District Court of Ternopilska oblast;
  • Mrs Nataliia Matvieieva, judge of Novokakhovkyi City Court of Khersonska oblast;
  • Mrs Kateryna Holovina, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv city.

The Commission decided to postpone the consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of:

  • Mrs Liudmyla Nikulina, judge of Chervonozavodskyi District Court of Kharkiv city;
  • Mrs Tetiana Shevchenko, judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
  • Mr Khytryk Ruslan, judge of Rozhyshchenskyi District Court of Volynska oblast;
  • Mr Vladyslav Oberemko, judge of Makarivskyi District Court of Kyivska oblast;
  • Mr Oleksiy Shishkin, judge of Dzerzhynskyi District Court of Kharkivska oblast;
  • Mrs Svitlana Volkova, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
    Mr Dmytro Pasichnyk, judge of Kirovskyi District Court of Kirovogradska oblast;
  • Mrs Khrystyna Gladun, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city.

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open a disciplinary case upon 42 appeals.
