The Commission considered disciplinary issues
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 24 March 2016, it was dealing with disciplinary issues.
The Commission decided to deny opening disciplinary cases in respect of 26 appeals. In addition, the Commission terminated disciplinary proceedings relating to:
- Mrs. Halyna Maimur (served as judge of the Samarskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city);
- Mr. Dmytro Chulin (served as judge of the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city).
The Commission differed consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of:
- Mrs. Olena Runcheva, the judge of the Nikopolskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Mrs. Nelia Lastovka, the judge of the Dnipropetrovskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
