At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 25 July 2016, disciplinary issues were considered.
Due to the terms expiry the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 3 judges.
The disciplinary proceeding in respect of 4 judges was terminated.
The consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 4 judges was deferred.
The Commission terminated disciplinary proceeding in respect of 4 judges.
The Commission decided to deny opening a disciplinary case upon 9 appeals.
Due to the terms expiry the Commission denied opening a disciplinary case in respect of one judge.
