The Commission considered disciplinary issues

At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 21 July 2016, disciplinary issues were considered.

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case upon 52 appeals.

Due to the terms expiry the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of one judge.

The Commission terminated disciplinary proceeding in respect of 8 judges.
