The Commission considered disciplinary issues
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 18 July 2016, disciplinary issues were considered.
Due to the terms expiry the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 6 judges.
The Commission also terminated disciplinary proceeding in respect of 3 judges of Katerinopilsky Distrikt Court of Cherkassy region.
Consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 10 judges was deferred.
