The Commission considered disciplinary matters: 2 reprimands, 2 warnings
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on June 23, 2015, the issue on making the disciplinary responsibility of judges was considered.
After reviewing the documents, the Commission decided to apply a disciplinary penalty in the form of reprimand to Ms. Yuliia Shevchuk, Judge of Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi Municipal District Court of Odessa oblast and Mr Yurii Vanivskyi, Judge of Frankivskyi District Court of the city Lviv.
Disciplinary sanctions in the form of warnings applied to Ms. Halyna Bilosevych, Judge of the Kremenetskyi District Court of Ternopil oblast and Ms. Nataliia Vasylchenko, Judge of Novobuzkyi District Court of Mykolaiv oblast.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Serhii Vozniuk, Judge of Borispilskyi Municipal District Court of Kyivska oblast and Ms. Nataliia Ponomarenko, Judge of Shevchenkivskyi District Court of the city Kyiv.
However, the Commission decided to close disciplinary proceedings against 10 judges.
