The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine which took place the 12th April 2015 the case on refusing to open the disciplinary proceedings was considered.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings over 305 appeals.
In particular, the Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Victoriia Ostapenko and Mrs Victoriia Zubakova, judges of the Court of Appeal of Dnipropetrovsk oblast. Regarding Mrs Valentyna Turik the disciplinary case has been closed.
It was refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Igor Slobodianyk and Mr Oleksandr Tolkachenko, judges of the Court of Appeal of Odessa oblast. Regarding Mr Valerii Melnychuk the disciplinary case has been closed.
The Commission also refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Yuriш Felenko, judge of the Balakliiskyi District Court of Kharkiv oblast. Regarding Mr Yurii Lesyk the disciplinary case has been closed.
The Commission refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Nataliia Vysotska and Mrs Nataliia Shytchenko, judges of the Court of Appeal of Chernihiv oblast. The Commission decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings regarding Mrs Raisa Smagliuk.
The Commission refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Ivan Honcharuk and Mrs Iryna Solomko, judges of the Court of Appeal of Cherkaska oblast. Regarding Mr Borys Munko the disciplinary case has been closed.
The Commission refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Zoia Shpak, Judge of Shostkinskyi district court Sumy oblast, Mr Valerii Oliinyk and Mr Victor Borsai, judges of Appeal Court of Sumy oblast. Regarding Mr Valentyn Sahniuk the disciplinary case has been closed.
The Commission decided to stop disciplinary proceeding against 11 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to withdraw the disciplinary cases for further verification.
