The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the refusal to open disciplinary proceedings held on April 21, 2015.
The High Commission of qualification of judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings over 300 petitions.
In particular, the Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Hennadii Yaremenko and Mrs Nataliia Lytovchenko, the judges of the Court of Appeal of Sumy oblast. Regarding Mr Mykola Luhovyi the disciplinary procedure was closed.
Also the Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Anatolii Horshchar, the judge of the Polonskyi District Court of Khmelnytskyi region and Mrs Nila Pereverzieva, the judge of the Court of Appeal of the Khmelnytskyi oblast. Regarding Mr Viktor Kharchuk the disciplinary procedure was closed.
The Commission decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Olena Orda, the judge of the Vasylkivskyi District Court of the Kiev oblast and Mrs Veronica Zimina, Mr. Anatolii Orel, Mr. Stepan Panasiuk, Mr. Oleksandr Mykoliuk, Mrs Natalia Kolokolnikova, the judges of the Appeal Court of the Kyiv oblast. Regarding Mr Volodymyr Cherkasov disciplinary procedure was closed.
The Commission also decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Nadiia Bartosh, the judge of the Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal. Regarding Mr Valerii Yaremchuk the disciplinary procedure was closed.
The Commission decided to close the disciplinary proceedings against:
• Mr. Anatolii Kondratiuk (worked as a judge of the Chudnivskyi District Court of Zhytomyr oblast);
• Mrs Lidiia Horoshko (worked as a judge of Kamianka-Buzka District Court of the Lviv oblast);
• Mrs Valentyna Kuzmenko (worked as a judge of the Appeal Court of Dnipropetrovsk oblast);
• Mrs Nataliia Troian (worked as a judge of Nikopolskyi City District Court of Dnipropetrovsk oblast);
• Mr Volodymyr Sokolov (worked as a judge of Mogyliv-Podilskyi City District Court of Vinnytsia oblast);
• Mr Ihor Bezverhyi (worked as a judge of the Appeal Court of Cherkaska oblast);
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to withdraw other disciplinary cases for further verification.
