The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine which took place on 28 May 2015 the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
After reviewing the material, the Commission decided to apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of reprimand regarding Mrs Iryna Milieva, judge of Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovska oblast, Mrs Lidiia Ivanisova, judge of Leninivskyi District Court of Kharkiv city and Mr Yevhen Kurenkov, judge of Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
The disciplinary sanctions in the form of warning were applied regarding Mr Ruslan Dubel, judge of Drohobytskyi City-District Court of Lvivska oblast and Mr Volodymyr Lytvynchuk, judge of Bahliiskyi District Court of Dniprodzerzhynsk city of Dnipropetrovska oblast.
After verification, the Commission decided to terminate disciplinary proceedings regarding Mrs Viktoriia Shevchenko, Mr Yaroslav Chopenko, Mrs Viktoriia Yakovleva, judges of Appeal Court of Kharkivska oblast.
The Commission decided to postpone the consideration of case on holding the judges disciplinary liable regarding Mr Viacheslav Pidpalyi, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city and Mrs Kateryna Holovina, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv city.
