The Commission considered disciplinary matters

At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 12 January 2016 it considered disciplinary issues.

After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 1 judge.

Upon 128 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.

The Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings relating to 8 judges.
