The Commission considered judges to disciplinary responsibility
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place the 12th April 2015 the question to open the disciplinary proceedings was considered.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against Mr Volodymyr Navrotskyi, the judge of Khmelnitskyi District Court of Khmelnytska oblast.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open a disciplinary case against 287 petitions.
In particular, the Commission refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Liudmyla Domuscha and Mr Victor Ivanov, judges of Primorskyi District Court of Odessa oblast and Mrs Tamara Melvid, the judge of Appeal Court of Odesa oblast. Regarding Mrs Andzhella Fedorova the disciplinary case has been closed.
The Commission also refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Nataliia Galaiko, Mrs Olesiia Postyhach, Mr Yurii Borislavskyi, judges of Zaliznychnyi District Court of city Lviv. Regarding Mrs Liubov Ryhina the disciplinary case has been closed.
The Commission refused to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Serhii Novov and Mrs Tetiana Korniienko, judges of the Appeal Court of city Kyiv. Regarding Mrs Halyna Poltavtseva the disciplinary case has been closed.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to withdraw the disciplinary cases for further verification.
