The Commission considered the disciplinary issues
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on 10 March 2016 there were considered the disciplinary issues.
Based on the verification results the Commission has decided to open disciplinary proceedings against Mrs. Konstantsiia Bents, judge of Uzhhorodskyi City-District Court of Zakarpatska oblast.
Regarding 27 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
On the appeal of Mr. Nahorskyi, the Chairman of the Ukrainian Association of Military Servant Credit Unions and personnel of law enforcement agencies, in the benefit of credit union “Kredeks” in respect of the judge of the Yarmolynskyi District Court of Khmelnytska oblast the issue was left without consideration.
The Commission terminated disciplinary proceedings concerning Mr. Valerii Levenets, who served as judge of the Court of Appeal of Odeska oblast.
