The Commission considered the issue of providing recommendations to candidates for the post of judge for the first time
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 18 August 2015, it addressed the issue of providing recommendations to candidates for post of judge of local courts of general jurisdiction.
The Commission recommended Mr Andrii Lakhnik for the judicial position of Tulchynskyi District Court of Vinnytska oblast.
In addition, the Commission refused Mr Andrii Tsybin to be provided with recommendation to the post of judge of Khartsyzkyi City Court of Donetska oblast.
At the same time, the HQCJU postponed the consideration the issue on recommending Mrs Tamara Martianova to the position of judge of Uzhhorodskyi District Court of Zakarpatska oblast.
