The Commission examined the issue of the removal/extension of judges
On July 10, 2015 at the joint meeting of the Disciplinary and Qualification Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was decided to remove 3 judges from offices and extend the suspension of function of 1 judge according to the requests of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
In particular, in the context of criminal prosecution dismissed for two months:
Ms. Zemfira Asanova, Judge of Yuzhnyi Municipal court of the Odesa oblast;
Mr Andrii Lupenko, Judge of Suvorov District Court of the city Odesa;
Mr Anton Chernushenko, Judge of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv.
Regarding Mr Mykola Reshetnik, Judge Babushkinskyi District Court of the city Dnipropetrovsk, the Commission decided the suspension from office for a period of 1 month.
The Commission extended the suspension from office for Ms. Iryna Tarankova, Judge of Komsomolsk Municipal Court of the Poltava oblast.
