The Commission has applied disciplinary penalties with regards to 2 judges
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 17 March 2016, the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility was considered.
The Commission decided to apply to Mrs. Olena Pihur, the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv city disciplinary penalty in the form of reprimand with deprivation of the right to receive additional payments of the judge official salary within a month.
With regards to Mrs. Mariia Tokareva, the judge of the Zhytomyrskyi Regional Administrative Court it was applied the disciplinary penalty in the form of warning.
The Commission has stopped the disciplinary proceedings against Mrs. Inna Kobelyatska-Shahoval, the judge of the Nikopolskyi city District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region.
The consideration of the inquiry on bringing to disciplinary proceedings was postponed relating to:
- Mr. Oleh Kovalchuk – the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Lviv city;
- Mrs. Nataliia Nehanova – the judge of the Podolskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr. Vitalii Shchavinskyi – the judge of the Kyivskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Iryna Frolova – the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr. Anatolii Derusa – the judge of the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa city;
- Mr. Dmytro Shkorupeiev – the judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Odesa city;
- Mr. Oleh Karpliuk – the judge of the Khmelnytskyi City Court of Khmelnytsk region;
