The Commission has considered disciplinary issues
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 23 December 2015 the disciplinary issues were considered.
Based on the verification results, the Commission has decided to open disciplinary case against Mrs. Nataliia Nehanova, judge of Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
With regards to 45 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
In particular, the Commission denied opening a disciplinary case against Mrs. Tetiana Yakymets, judge of Kriukivskyi District Court of Kremenchuh city, Poltavska oblast. With regards to Mrs. Tamara Usenko the disciplinary proceedings have been terminated.
The Commission has terminated disciplinary proceedings regarding:
- Mr. Yevhen Kurenkov (served as judge of Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv city);
- Mr. Vitalii Kvash (served as judge of Brodivskyi District Court of Lvivska oblast);
- Mr. Oleh Vasyltsov (served as judge of Melytopolskyi District Court of Zaporizka oblast).
The consideration of disciplinary proceedings against Mrs. Nelia Lastovka, the judge of Dniprovskii District Court of Kyiv city has been deferred.
