The Commission has made recommendations regarding 4 judges in order to transfer them without competition from the ATO area to another Court
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 27 January 2016, upon consideration results of the matters, the decision to provide recommendations on transferring judges to other courts of the same level without competition was adopted.
In particular, the Commission has decided:
- Mr. Vladyslav Rudenko, judge of the Starobeshivskyi District Court of Donetska oblast to recommend for a post of judge of the Brusylivskyi District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast;
- Mr. Volodymyr Serhieiev, judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Luhanska oblast to recommend for a post of judge of the Starobylskyi District Court of Luhanska oblast;
- Mrs. Oleksandra Kichata, judge of the Debaltsevskyi City Court of Donetska oblast to recommend for a post of judge of the Dubenskyi City-District Court of Rivnenska oblast;
- Mrs. Olha Danyliuk, judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Donetsk city to recommend for a post of judge of the Brusylivskyi District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast.
The judges, who were granted the recommendations, have worked in the courts that are located within the area of Anti-Terrorist Operation and had stopped working.
