The Commission is working on developing of the regulations on conducting the judicial dossier
The session of the working group on developing of the regulations on conducting the judicial dossier was held on April 3, 2015. The meeting was attended by representatives of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the Council of Judges of Ukraine, the National School of Judges of Ukraine, international and national experts.
Mr Stanislav Shchotka, the Head of the working group and Secretary of the Qualification Chamber of the Commission mentioned that the task group is to provide drafting regulations on conduct judicial dossier and submit it for approval to the Council of Judges of Ukraine.
During the meeting it was approved the Action Plan regarding the development of the situation. In particular, it was discussed a draft form and mechanism of filling judicial dossier. The members of the working group considered the procedure of forming and maintaining of dossier.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and the National School of Judges of Ukraine started to work on formation of judicial dossier according to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System".
