The Commission launching disciplinary proceedings against 5 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on 26 May 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
After verification, the Commission decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against:
- Mr Serhii Fabizhevskyi, judge of Kotovskyi City-District Court of Odeska oblast
- Mr Anatolii Lozovskyi, judge of Appeal Court of Volynska oblast
- Mrs Lidiia Ishchuk, judge of Ovrutskyi District Court of Zhytomyrska oblast
- Mrs Iryna Ionnikova, judge of Kyiv Appeal Commercial Court
- Mrs Khrystyna Hladun, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city
Upon 301 petitions the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open a disciplinary case.
In particular, the Commission refused to open a disciplinary case against Mrs Nataliia Denysenko, judge of Zghurivskyi District Court of Kyivska oblast.
At the same time the Commission suspended the disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges.
The Commission decided to withdraw the disciplinary cases for further verification in respect of 4 judges.
