The Commission made recommendations concerning the transfer of judges to another court
On December 25, 26 and 27 2014 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it was decided to transfer judges to another court.
The members of the Commission also decided to transfer the local judges of Donetsk and Lugansk oblast, unable to administer justice in the area of counter-terrorism operation to other oblasts.
It was agreed to recommend 17 judges to be appointed to a permanent position.
Also, it should be noted that 9 judges were removed from their office under the application of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine.
