The Commission made recommendations for 3 candidates for the post of judge for the first time
The meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was held on July 10, 2015. According to the results of the competitive selection was decided to provide recommendations for the appointment of judges of local courts of general jurisdiction.
Recommendations received:
Ms. Nataliia Medvedieva, Judge of Pervomaiskyi Municipal Court of Mykolaiv oblast;
Ms. Alla Rybas, Judge of Bilozerskyi District Court of Kherson oblast;
Mr Ruslan Shevchuk, Judge of the Administrative Court of Chernivtsi oblast.
The issue of providing recommendations to other candidates for the post of judge in addition considered at meetings of the Qualification Chamber of the Commission without delay, depending on the preparing of the relevant documents.
