The Commission made recommendations to transfer judges to another court
At the meeting, which took place on the 14th of May 2015, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended to transfer judges to another court.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to send materials to the President of Ukraine to transfer 3 judges appointed for an unlimited term to another court.
Also it was decided to provide recommendations on the transfer of 46 judges to another court within the period of five years.
The Commission denied providing recommendations on the transfer of 36 judges to another court within the period of five years.
In conclusion the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny Mrs Kalashnyk Tetiana be recommended for appointment of judge for an unlimited term.
