The Commission opened disciplinary cases against 3 judges
At the meeting of Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 25 February 2016 it was dealing with disciplinary issues.
After verification the Commission Disciplinary Chamber decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 3 judges.
In addition, regarding 47 appeals, the Chamber decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
Furthermore, the Chamber deferred consideration on holding disciplinary liable of 1 judge and terminated the disciplinary proceedings regarding 7 judges.
