The Commission opened disciplinary matters against 7 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on July 1, 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against seven judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary proceedings over 124 petitions.
In particular, the Commission refused to open disciplinary matters against Mr Yurii Volkov, Judge of the District Court of the city Izmail of Odesa oblast and Ms. Liubov Stoianova and Ms. Valentyna Titiievska, Judges of the Court of Appeal of Odessa oblast. Concerning Ms. Valentyna Nedelko the disciplinary proceeding was closed.
The Commission decided to withdraw disciplinary proceedings against 19 judges.
