The Commission recommended the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on the 5th of February 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
As a result of the disciplinary proceedings the Commission recommended the High Council of Justice to dismiss Dmytro Chulinin, the judge of Babushkinskyi District Dnipropetrovsk City Court, on account of breaking an oath of the judge.
The Commission launched disciplinary proceedings against 10judges;
The Commission stopped disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges;
The Commission rejected 59 applications.
