The Commission recommended transferring a judge without competition from the area where the ATO takes place to another court
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 10 February 2016, upon the results of consideration it was decided to make a recommendation on the transfer of judges to another court of the same level without competition.
In particular, the Commission decided to recommend transferring 1 judge to another court of the same level without competition.
The Commission left without consideration the application for transferring of 1 judge.
Moreover, the Commission deferred consideration of the issue on transferring 2 judges.
