The Commission recommends dismissing metropolitan judge
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on 16 February 2016 the disciplinary issues were considered.
Having considered the appeal of Prosianiuk O.V, Lukianchenko O.L., Ochkolda M.H., Sokolovskyi V.V. and Nuralin M.V. for the benefit of Buhai D.V. the Commission has decided to dismiss Mrs. Larysa Kalinichenko, judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city, seeing in her actions the evidences of oath violation.
The consideration of the issue on holding disciplinary liable concerning Mr. Viacheslav Pidpalyi, judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city has been postponed.
With regards to 8 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
