The Commission suspended 3 judges from office
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 22 February 2016, based on request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, it adopted the decision to extend the suspension term of 3 judges.
Thus, in connection with the criminal prosecution, the Commission extended the suspension term of 3 judges for 1 month.
Regarding 2 judges, the Commission decided to deny requests by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine to suspend them from the office
