The Commission took a recess in the meeting on suspension of a judge Svitlana Kushnir
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 23 December 2015, the issue of extension of the suspension term of Mrs. Svitlana Kushnir, the judge of the District Court of Kyiv city was considered in connection with bringing her to criminal responsibility.
The Commission has taken a recess in the meeting until 9:15 a.m. of 25 December 2015, when the consideration of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine request will be continued.
