The Constitutional Court of Ukraine published an Opinion in the matter of justice
Today, on 22 January 2016, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has officially published Opinion as of 20 January in the case upon application of the Parliament of Ukraine to give an opinion on the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (in part of justice).
Having reviewed the case, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine concluded that this draft law meets the requirements of Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine. The Opinion is binding, final and unappealable.
