The Council of Judges of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions that deal with matters of judicial ethics and conflicts of interest in the activities of judges
At the recent meeting of the Council of Judges Ukraine there were adopted several decisions that deal with the matters of judicial ethics and conflicts of interest in the work of judges.
Specifically, the CJU approved comments to the Code of Judicial Ethics and Procedures for monitoring compliance with the law on conflict of interests in the activities of judges.
